We are moving into Phase 2 of re-opening beginning June 6th at limited capacity and operation. 

Phase 2 Operation Begins June 6th

Store Hours for Phase 2:
Monday–Saturday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday: 12 noon – 6 pm

  • Walk-Ins are Welcome! Appointments can be made by phone at 704-375-6414. If you have an appointment, please be prompt. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule.
  • No more than 15 people will be allowed in the salon to allow us to serve our customers + thoroughly clean up.
  • It is mandatory that every customer comes in with a mask. If you don’t have those, you can buy it from us ($1 per mask); otherwise, we reserve the right to turn you away if you are not wearing one. We reserve the right to take your temperature, and every customer will be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver. 

As COVID has affected businesses and the world, we have taken extra precautions to make sure that all of our employees, facilities, and customers are safe. Transparently, this has affected our small business immensely. We have had to furlough some of our staff to ensure we stay afloat, while making sure that we can afford to provide the cleanest and best-in-class services to you — our customers and family. As the situation developed, and as new information about COVID became available, and new regulations enacted, we made the decision to include a small $5 fee on all services for the time being. Please know that this fee is used for sanitation and operations purposes. At Elegant Nails, we pride ourselves in not only phenomenal and friendly service, but especially the healthiest and cleanest services. We hope you can understand the temporary change, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Phase 1 Operation May 23rd – June 6th

Sunday: 12 noon – 6 pm

  • No Walk-Ins, Appointment Only, and Appointments will only be taken by phone at 704-375-6414. People can start calling in on Friday, May 22nd at 10am.
  • If you have an appointment, please be prompt. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule. 
  • We have 4 employees working, and only allowing 6 customers at a time. Thus, no more than 10 people in the store to allow us to serve our customers + thoroughly clean up. 
  • The only services that are available will be gel manicures; pedicures; and minor nail removal services such as removing SNS and removing Gel polish. For transparency, services will be increasing in price by 15%. 
  • It is mandatory that every customer comes in with a mask. If you don’t have those, you can buy it from us ($1 per mask); otherwise, we reserve the right to turn you away if you are not wearing one. 
  • We reserve the right to take your temperature, and every customer will be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver.
